What we collect
On a quote form: name, email, phone, suburb, state, postcode, and any message you type. If you have allowed analytics, we also store first-party fields — session id, landing path, UTM tags, and a network click id. That is a form payload, not a third-party dossier.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal information. We do not build shadow profiles from other websites. We do not fingerprint your device. We do not place junk backlinks on your domain. Marketing email is opt-in.
Advertising measurement
We load the Meta (Facebook) Pixel on every page so Solar Alliance can measure ad clicks and completed quote forms. After a successful quote we also send a hashed Conversions API event (name, email, phone, suburb, state, postcode) so iOS and ad-blockers still count the Lead. First-party attribution (landing path and campaign tags stored on this device) only runs if you choose Allow attribution. You can change that later by clearing site data for solaralliance.com.au.
Purpose
Contact details are used to reply to the enquiry you submitted and, where you ticked the extra box, to send rebate and installer updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Sharing
An installer in the network only gets what they need to quote. Government agencies are not given your form. Hosting and email providers process data to send the message — they are not buyers of it.
