Entity: Jai Richard Butchers trading as Myscapez, operating as Solar Alliance. ABN 79 501 664 159. Email solaralliancegroup@gmail.com. Last updated 12 September 2026. Queensland, Australia. Using this site or ticking a form box is acceptance of these terms.
1. Who we are
Solar Alliance is a digital marketing agency. We book solar and battery site visits with SAA-accredited local crews in South East Queensland, and we build campaign pages for those crews. We are not a solar retailer, installer, electrician, financier, credit licensee or government agency. We do not sell panels, create STCs, approve rebates or set hardware prices.
2. Using this website
Content is general information for Australian homeowners and SAA-accredited installers. It is not financial, legal, energy or tax advice. Scheme rules change. Eligibility, pricing, finance and savings are confirmed by the installer and the scheme — never by this website. Australian Consumer Law applies to goods and services sold by those independent businesses, not to general copy on this site.
Do not misuse the site: no scraping that harms the service, no fake enquiries, no attempts to break sign-in, and no uploading of malware. We may refuse or delete an enquiry that looks automated or abusive.
3. Quote forms and site visits
A submitted form is a request to be contacted about a booked site visit or a website build. It is not an installation contract and not a guarantee that an installer will take the job. Typical estimate figures on the site are examples only. The required contact checkbox must stay ticked for us to reply. The marketing checkbox is optional — see email below.
4. Installer website work
Campaign landing pages and full installer sites are quoted separately (from $1,490 and $3,490 as published). GST is not added while we are not registered. Work starts after scope is in writing. We do not promise search rankings, a set number of jobs, or rebate outcomes for the crew’s customers.
5. Affiliates and ads
Some links are affiliate or network landings on l.solaralliance.com.au so a broadcast cannot put the main site on a spam list. If an installer pays us after a booked job, your price with that installer does not change because of that. Relationships are disclosed. We do not cloak links. See the Network Standard.
6. Data we collect
Quote and website forms: name, email, phone, suburb, state, postcode, and any message. Optional: tenure, bill band, retailer, SAA accreditation tick. If you allow attribution we also store, on this device and with the enquiry, landing path, UTM tags, session id and a click id. Login: email and a one-way password hash, or the email and name from Google, Microsoft or X. We do not store a Google or Microsoft password.
7. What we share — and what we do not
We share with an installer in the network only what they need to quote or book the visit. Processors: Vercel (hosting the main site), Cloudflare (DNS and the www redirect), Neon (database), Resend (email), Meta (ad measurement). Some of those servers are outside Australia, including the United States. Google, Microsoft or X only see what you already have with them if you use their sign-in.
Cloudflare may log the IP address, user-agent and URL of a request that hits www.solaralliance.com.au before that host redirects to the apex. That is network protection and DNS, not a marketing profile. The mail subdomain is intended to stay DNS-only (not orange-cloud proxied) so Resend can send mail.
We do not share form data with government rebate agencies, data brokers, junk-mail lists, or unrelated advertisers. We do not sell personal information. We do not send your password to anyone. We do not use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or Google Ads conversion tags on this site.
8. Cookies, storage and link tracking
Essential: session cookies for installer login (HttpOnly, sent only to this site) and the storage needed to run a form. Cloudflare may set a bot or challenge cookie on www if a request is proxied. Meta may set _fbp and _fbc so an ad click can be matched. If you choose Allow attribution we store first-party campaign tags in this browser (sa_consent, sa_attr). Those tags record which page and which UTM or click id brought you here. They are not a Google Analytics property. Change this under Tracking choices.
9. Meta Pixel — not Google Analytics
We load Meta Pixel ID 1081562320907124 on every page so Facebook and Instagram ads can count PageView, ViewContent, Lead and related events. After a successful quote we also send a hashed Conversions API Lead (name, email, phone, suburb, state, postcode hashed with SHA-256). Meta matches that hash where it can. This is advertising measurement, not a Google Analytics report. We do not run GA4.
10. Email, Resend tracking and opting out
Transactional email (we got your form; our team notify) is sent because you asked for a reply. That is not marketing. Marketing email — rebate updates and installer offers — only goes out if the extra checkbox is ticked. That box is pre-ticked on some forms. Untick it if you only want a reply to this enquiry. You can also unsubscribe later, use the unsubscribe link in a marketing send, or email solaralliancegroup@gmail.com.
Email is sent with Resend from mail.solaralliance.com.au. Resend and our webhook can record delivery, bounce, complaint, open and click events. We store those in our email event log so we can stop mail to a bouncing address and keep an audit. Click wrapping, if enabled on the sending domain, is so we know a link was used — not so we can sell a click list. Open tracking is a typical email-provider pixel; it is not Google Analytics.
11. Security terms
The public site is served over HTTPS. The server sends HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS) so browsers keep using TLS. Traffic in transit is encrypted; modern browsers negotiate TLS 1.2 or 1.3, commonly AES-256. This is transport security, not a promise that no one can ever intercept a device you already compromised.
Passwords are stored as a salted one-way hash, not as typed, and not as reversible “256-bit encryption”. Google, Microsoft and X passwords stay with those providers. Conversions API matching uses SHA-256 hashes. Quote forms include a captcha. Outbound email is rate-limited. Login sessions use HttpOnly cookies on this host. We do not take card payments on this site — do not send card numbers, CVV or full banking passwords in a form or email.
You must keep your installer login details to yourself, use a unique password, and tell us if you think an account was used without you. We may lock or reset an account that looks abused. You must not probe, scrape in a way that harms the service, or attempt to bypass captcha, rate limits or sign-in. If you find a security issue, email solaralliancegroup@gmail.com — do not publish an exploit.
Hosting (Vercel), DNS and www proxy (Cloudflare), database (Neon) and email (Resend) have their own outages and controls. We are not liable for a third-party breach we did not cause. No security measure on a public website is perfect. Australian Consumer Law rights you cannot contract out of still apply.
12. Public pages and search
Marketing pages are indexed so people can find booked visits and installer websites. /login, /templates, /preview and /api are kept out of search. A sitemap lists the public URLs. Schema markup describes the organisation and pages — it is not a claim that we install or approve rebates.
13. Intellectual property
Solar Alliance name, logo, copy, layout and original photos on this site are ours or used under licence (including images credited to Jai Taylor — Honeypot). Do not copy the site as your own installer page. Landmark photos are licensed for solaralliance.com.au.
14. Liability
To the extent Australian law allows, we are not liable for loss from relying on general scheme copy, from an installer you hire, or from a third-party outage (hosting, email, ads). Nothing here excludes rights you cannot contract out of. If a term is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
15. Changes and law
We may update these terms. The date at the top is the current version. Governing law is Queensland, Australia. Complaints about personal information: see Privacy and the OAIC. Questions: solaralliancegroup@gmail.com.
